All products are made on order by myself, the following are our expected processing and shipping times, if we get busier we will keep you posted on these times or if there are known delays within shipping.

1-3 Work days processing time
5-10 Work days for New Zealand.
7-14 Work days for Australia.
(these timeframes are from date shipped for your parcels to arrive.)

After an item is shipped, things have moved beyond our control. Shipping is affected by many outside influences, holidays, weather conditions etc.
